ANNIE GOLDEN (Calliope, Aphrodite) just finished creating a new musical for its NY off-Broadway debut back home in NYC at Playwrights Horizons called The Shaggs. She was discovered by Milos Forman and cast as Jeannie in his 1979 film, Hair. Other stage credits include: Xanadu (National tour as well), The Full Monty, Assassins (created Squeaky Fromme for Sondheim), Ah! Wilderness, On The Town, Little Shop of Horrors; and on the big screen: I Love You, Phillip Morris!, Twelve Monkeys, Baby Boom, Brooklyn Rules, Adventures of Power, The Pebble and the Penguin. KIP NIVEN (Danny Maguire, Zeus), a Kansas City native and KU graduate, has appeared on Broadway, off-Broadway, in regional theatres, as well as in a dozen feature films and over a hundred network television shows and commercials. His appearances at Starlight include Anything Goes, Annie, The Wizard of Oz, and most recently, Cinderella. His work at other Kansas City theatres includes: The New Theatre Restaurant (Cactus Flower and Rumors); Kansas City Repertory Theatre (Into the Woods and A Christmas Story); The Coterie (Lucky Duck and Between Land and Sea); Musical Theatre Heritage (Gypsy and Big River); American Heartland Theatre (Affluenza! and The Nerd); and Kansas City Actors Theatre (Absurd Person Singular). BRETT STANG (Featured Skater) is from San Diego and has been skating all his life. He appeared in Xanadu in 2008, and has done commercials for Washington Mutual and Lucozade. Brett has also done TV and music videos, was a jam skater from 2006-2009, and now focuses on roller derby.
