Private Event Spaces

The standard private event season at Starlight Theatre runs from the second weekend in October to the second to last weekend in April. During this time, the rates listed below apply. Click here for information regarding private events during the Prime Season. Starlight Theatre private events are managed by EPIC Entertainment, Inc.


All venue rentals are subject to a 21% service charge on the total venue contract amount prior to any applicable discounts


Jeannette and Jerome Cohen Community Stage House

$3,750*

Maximum Capacity: 600 people at 60" rounds, 1,200 theatre style, 1,500 reception style
Climate-controlled, enclosed space


Event staffing includes security, lot monitors, parking personnel, one medic, and housekeeping staff
Fifteen (15) 72" round tables (subject to availability)
Six hundred (600) cushioned, banquet chairs rented at $1.25 each (subject to availability)
Six (6) 8-foot or 6-foot banquet tables
Access to full catering prep kitchen including industrial ice machine and large walk-in cooler
Use of 2 large chorus and 6 semi-private dressing rooms


*Events in the Cohen Community Stage House require the selection of a base production package. Production packages can also be customized per client event needs. 



VIP Club

$2,200

Maximum Capacity: 300 people at 60" rounds, 200 at 72" rounds, 550 reception style
Climate-controlled, enclosed space with patio/garden option; can be utilized as an indoor/outdoor space


Event staffing includes security, lot monitors, parking personnel, one medic, and housekeeping staff
Acess to four (4) flat screen television screens with PowerPoint/ DVD capabilities
Fifteen (15) 72" round tables (subject to availability)
Six (6) 8-foot or 6-foot banquet tables
Twenty (20) silver square cabaret tables for indoor or outdoor use (subject to availability)
Three hundred (300) silver indoor/outdoor mesh chairs at no additional cost (subject to availability)
Six hundred (600) indoor cushioned, banquet chairs rented at $1.25 each (subject to availability)
Access to full catering prep kitchen including industrial ice machine and large walk-in cooler


Encore! Deck

$1,600

Capacity: 350 people reception style

Outdoor deck space overlooking the Shirley Helzberg Garden of the Stars
Event staffing includes security, lot monitors, parking personnel, one medic, and housekeeping staff
Cocktail tables and chairs (subject to availability)



Additional Event Spaces

$500

The following spaces may only be rented as additional spaces when renting either the Cohen Community Stage House or VIP Club.

Berger Hall: Capacity 180 people at rounds, 260 theatre style, 300 reception
Dorothy Jeter Music Room: Capacity 50 people at rounds, 74 theatre style, 90 reception
