| This two-week, full-day summer camp will find campers spending half the day exploring the world of the Kansas City Zoo through hands-on interaction with animals, tours and crafts. The other half of the day is spent at Starlight where campers participate in drama class and learn specialized theatre skills. |

| Starlight STARS of Tomorrow musical theatre training program is a real hit with upper middle and high school students! Throughout the year, students participate in intensive study in dance and voice, as well as musical theatre master classes led by metropolitan Kansas City theatre professionals. The STARS serve as Starlight's community performance troupe year-round. |

| With an eye toward building community partnership with neighboring schools, this in-school performing arts curriculum offers fifth- and sixth-graders training and exposure to the world of musical theatre. The program is designed to enhance student self-confidence, improve academic skills and generate a love of musical theatre. |

Each year Starlight Theatre and its partners award outstanding youth in the Kansas City area with a number of performing arts and higher education scholarships. Scholarship opportunities are available at a variety of grade levels. All of our scholarships are made possible through generous donations from area individuals and organizations.
